President's Breakfast for the Public Service

Event Detailed Description

PBPS-May 2018

The Shaw Centre was filled with inspiration on Tuesday, May 8 as The Ottawa Hospital President’s Breakfast for the Public Service kicked off its 8th edition.

In just one hour, the President’s Breakfast for the Public Service provided the opportunity for over 600 guests to hear incredible stories from The Ottawa Hospital and be inspired and invited to make a donation. From funding research, to building the cancer centre, purchasing state-of-the-art equipment and putting cutting-edge operating tools in the hands of our surgeons – this event provides crucial funding which improves patient care.

Hosted by The Ottawa Hospital Foundation, the President’s Breakfast for the Public Service brought together members of the Public Service for an hour filled with hope, compassion and inspiration. Attendees got to learn about Dr. Kitts’s vision for The Ottawa Hospital and to hear from patients whose lives were saved. A special thank you to those who attended.
