Ticket sales for the 2017/2018 Lottery year begin March 1.
If you are a full-time, part-time or casual employee, or you volunteer at The Ottawa Hospital or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute and are over the age of 18, you are eligible to purchase a ticket. Just think, for only $3 a ticket per pay, you have a chance of winning the jackpot, and supporting patient care and research at the same time. Odds are 1 in 10,000!
The first draw for 2017/2018 will take place Tuesday, April 18 (after the Easter holidays).

Renewal for the 2017/2018 Staff Lottery closes Tuesday Feb. 28, 2017. Renewal forms have been mailed out to all current participants.
Already sent in your form?
A confirmation email will be sent to you and your new ticket number(s) will be mailed to your home address at a later date.

• Inside the Tulip Café at the Civic
• Outside the Human Resources Department or the cafeteria at the General
• Inside the cafeteria at the Riverside
All forms must be submitted to the Foundation office, by internal mail, faxed to 613-761-5014, or dropped off:
Civic Campus: 1st Floor (Box 610), Parkdale Clinic
General Campus: Main Floor, Cancer Centre
Riverside Campus: Dropbox in the main corridor
