About the Donations Administrator/Receptionist:
Reporting to the Donation and Revenue Programs Officer, the Donations Administrator/Receptionist will deliver the highest level of customer service to all our stakeholders. You will support our gift processing team by the collection, processing and data entry of donations. As a front-line representative of the Foundation, the Donations Administrator/Receptionist will ensure that a positive public relations profile is maintained through the professional and efficient handling of all main reception telephone inquiries and in-person visits.

The Ideal Candidate
• Strong social and communication skills including written and verbal in both official languages
• Tact, diplomacy and maturity in dealing with stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, colleagues and the general public
• Superior organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
• Strong data entry skills (experience using Raiser’s Edge and Blackbaud products would be considered an asset)
• Expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Reliable, flexible and punctual 8:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday
• Can-do attitude.

Experience:
We are looking for an individual who has 2-3 year’s experience in data entry/reception or customer service role. Experience in a fundraising environment would be considered an asset.
