When I moved to Ottawa in 2021 and I saw the civic hospital for the first time while i was travelling on a bus, I never knew that the Civic Hospital was one of the renowned hospital which had 100 years of service in the health care sector. Being a nurse who migrated from an Asian country, like everyone I really wanted to join the Civic Hospital somehow and provide my care to the people in need.

When the right moment came in 2022 through my friend, I have got the excellent opportunity to be a part of one of the best and oldest hospital in Ottawa, which has 100 years of service in health care. Also, I had the privilege that I had worked in Heart institute, General and now in Civic within this short period.
