Trivia: the civic has / had a mascot!

1989: Mrs. Ida Davis coordinator of employee suggestion program notified me that my suggestion of having a mascot was accepted. I received $50. I suggested a lion. I can’t find my letter but I am sure the hospital news would have a record. We were the first of many to follow having a lion e.g. the Senators hockey team. Strength, fearlessness, leadership, loyalty to the pack. All noble traits.
