Governance and Nominating Committee
Assists the Board of Directors by identifying and nominating persons to serve the Foundation within its governance structure and ensuring appropriate succession planning.

Executive Committee
Assists the Board of Directors in conducting necessary business and administration of the affairs of Foundation such as recruitment, review and approval of the goals and objectives, and risk mitigation among others.
