I was born in the Civic Hospital in October 1947 so that was a big event in my life (and for my parents as well). Our family has had many experiences at the Civic, most have been very positive. My most recent ones were emergency brain surgery in February 2021 to diagnose PCNSL brain cancer. Also, also the the dermatology clinic to diagnose and treat a condition after the chemotherapy. Thank you, Ottawa Civic Hospital, for all your services to this community – and may it continue even better in the new facility!
