My best memory of the Civic hospital was the day my twins were born. I was induced on their due date and suffered strong labour pains all day long. Finally at 4:00 I told my doctor to let me go home as I was exhausted and could not go on Dr. S. Kronick said well Mary we will give you half hour and if nothing happens we will do a cesarean section. Low and be hold at 4:30 my first boy weighing 7.8 pounds and my second boy came at 4:35. He weighed 5.9. I was the happiest lady in that hospital!!
