I am the sister of Candis Stewart (1st kidney transplant at Civic). I was an X-ray tech. Trained at the Civic, Class of ’73, with 33 yr career working at the Civic and Heart Inst. Gave birth to 2 daughters at Civic. My two girls volunteered at Civic as candy stripers. One daughter has a working career presently at the hospital. The Civic Hospital holds a special place in my heart for all of those past memories!
