In March 2024, the life of our 19 year-old granddaughter was saved by the Civic Hospital. An amazing team of doctors and nurses came together to quickly diagnosed and treat a life threatening condition (thoracic aortic aneurysm – “blood clot”) that would have easily killed her. Instead, after five days she walked out of the hospital. Quick and effective medical intervention and tender professional care made this possible. Our family is eternally grateful to the paramedics and the Civic Hospital.
