Our committees.
Finance and Audit Committee
Assists the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibilities regarding the Foundation’s financial and accounting policies, financial reporting practices, and audit process.
Investment Committee
Assists the Board in fulfilling its oversight role with respect to long-term investment funds held under management by the Foundation.
Governance and Nominating Committee
Identifies and nominates persons to serve the Foundation within its governance structure and ensures appropriate succession planning.
Executive Committee
Conducts necessary business and administration of the Foundation — recruitment, review and approval of goals and objectives, and risk mitigation, among others.
